1. General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FileSet.org online store (the "Store") operated by FileSet.org ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or making a purchase through our Store you agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Products

FileSet.org sells both digital goods (ebooks in PDF/EPUB format, or digital asset packs in ZIP/other formats) and physical books shipped by post. The product page clearly indicates whether an item is digital, physical, or both.

Product descriptions, covers, and previews are provided for informational purposes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our authorised payment processor. FileSet.org does not store your payment card information. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction.

4. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment your eBook will be sent directly to your email address as a PDF attachment. The email is delivered instantly after purchase.

It is your responsibility to save your files after downloading. In the event of a technical failure preventing delivery please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds (Digital Content)

Because our products are digital files that are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the content has been delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content sold through FileSet.org—including ebooks, graphics, code, and other digital assets—is the intellectual property of the respective authors or creators and is protected by copyright law.

Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product subject to the conditions below. General restrictions that apply to all products:

• Share download links or files publicly
• Claim authorship or ownership of the purchased content
• Use the content in a way that infringes the creator's copyright

Books (Fiction & Non-Fiction)

Purchased ebooks are licensed for personal reading use only. You may not:

• Republish, reprint, or distribute the book in whole or in part — in any format (digital or print)
• Share the file or its contents with any third party
• Resell or sublicence the book under any circumstances
• Quote or reproduce substantial portions of the text without the author's explicit written permission

Digital Assets

Purchased asset packs may be used in your own personal or commercial projects, subject to the following conditions:

• Permitted: Using assets as part of a larger creative work (e.g. a game, application, website, or design project) where the assets serve a supporting role
• Not permitted: Directly reselling, redistributing, or sublicencing the assets as standalone files or as part of another asset pack
• Not permitted: Creating a product where the purchased assets constitute the majority of the content (i.e. the finished product must add substantial original value beyond the assets themselves)
• Not permitted: Bundling the assets with other content for the primary purpose of redistribution — the assets must not be the main point of what is being sold or shared

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use FileSet.org for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. This includes but is not limited to:

• Using purchased content for illegal activities
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Submitting false or fraudulent purchase information
• Initiating chargebacks fraudulently

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that products will be free of errors, meet your specific requirements, or produce any particular outcome.

Educational content (e.g. hacking tutorials) is provided for lawful, ethical use only. We accept no liability for any misuse of information contained in purchased materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileSet.org's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Czech Republic. The operator is Lukáš Tejkl, IČO: 21912131, Olešnice 104, 517 36, Czech Republic.
